Sue Clarke CPA established her accounting practice in 2014 and moved into YREC in February 2016, with the aim of building her client base within the local community and cutting her commute to Melbourne.
She benefited from community networking, monthly gatherings and the support of fellow entrepreneurs, engaging new clients through her connections with other tenants. “The interaction with the other tenants, particularly the artistic tenants who are inspirational,” gave her valuable perspective on her finance-focused work.
Sue now works from home and shares office space with other professionals across multiple locations, carrying forward the networks she built at the Hub.
