About the Hub
What is the Yarra Ranges Business Hub?
A co-working and small-business hub in Warburton — offices, hot desks, meeting room, and a community of local operators. We’re a not-for-profit, supported by the Yarra Ranges Council and a network of mentors.
Who is the Hub for?
Solo founders, small teams, freelancers, and remote workers based in the Yarra Valley — plus visiting consultants who need a day space. Members come from every sector: food and drink, tech, design, trades, professional services, and not-for-profits.
Where exactly are you?
21 Woods Point Road, Warburton VIC 3799 — right next to the Yarra River and a short walk from town. Get directions.
Can I have a look around before signing up?
Yes — book a tour through the contact form or just drop in during business hours. Tours typically take 20–30 minutes.
Membership
How much does Virtual Membership cost?
Virtual Membership is $100 a year. Join before 25 December 2026 and your first 12 months are just $50 — enter code XMAS50 (or the code from your partner organisation) at checkout.
What happens after my first year?
Your membership renews automatically at $100 a year. We email you a reminder about a week before it renews, and you can cancel any time before then from My Account.
Do I need to rent an office or desk?
No. Virtual Membership is for businesses that don’t need a permanent office but want resources, connections, visibility and access to professional facilities when they need them.
How do I get my free business listing?
Once you’ve joined, add your business from My Account. Our team checks it and then it appears in the YREC Business Directory.
How do member room rates work?
Members save on meeting rooms, hot desks and studios at YREC hubs and can book further ahead than non-members. The member price is applied automatically when you book while logged in.
I have a code from a partner organisation — how do I use it?
Click Add promotion code on the payment page and enter your code. It gives you the same $50 first-year price and lets us thank the partner who referred you.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Use Manage subscription in My Account to cancel. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
