Cultured Butter is the work of Jack Gaffney and Mariana Raltcheva, who used their time at YREC to begin their journey back in Australia — basing themselves in Warburton as they got the business underway.
“We spent only a few months at YREC but found it to be a wonderful place for us to start our journey back in Australia and in Warburton,” they say. The flexible space and supportive community gave them a base to find their feet locally.
They encourage anyone weighing up a move into a dedicated workspace to have a conversation with the YREC team about what the incubator can offer at the earliest stages of a new venture.
