Glenn McCullough represents an evidence-based health product that supports a range of physical and mental health ailments. With an established presence in Europe, his business, Test Based Nutrition, is a recent entry into the Australian marketplace and Glenn, a resident of Wesburn, chose to base his start up at the Yarra Ranges Enterprise Centre as part of a local launch with international reach. Test Based Nutrition offers dried blood analysis testing in a simple-to-use home test. Research shows 95% of people are out of balance and don’t even realise. Results inform people of their inflammation levels in their bodies and brain, and are anonymous and assessed by an independent and highly reputable laboratory in Scandinavia. People then take a power packed Omega 3 Balance Oil for 120 days that is a blend of wild caught fresh fish oil and polyphenols from pre-harvested olives. Glenn says, “Regular Omega 3 products in the market aren’t doing their job because when the impurities are removed from fish oils, they also take out the all-important polyphenols, which stabilise the Omega 3s so they actually make it to the cells. Mixing the polyphenols from pre-harvested olives (which can only be done in the manufacturing process) mimics a real live caught piece of fish. The Balance Oil is referred to as, ‘A Mediterranean diet in a bottle.’ After 120 days on the Balance Oil, 95% of people see a reduction in their inflammation levels back down to a safe zone. They are also looking and feeling so much better. “We’ve seen people with chronic Eczema have it disappear in only weeks of taking the Balance Oil when nothing else has worked for years. People experiencing years of brain fog find they are thinking clearly like they did 20 years ago. Arthritic pain disappears. People find they are able to do things they never thought they would do again. It’s rewarding seeing and hearing about people’s positive experiences on the oil,” says Glenn. Omega 3 deficiencies can lead to chronic inflammation and increase the risk of conditions such as heart disease, dementia, brain fog, memory loss, ADHD, obesity, arthritis, diabetes and skin issues. “Omega 3 has many benefits for general health and can support the body in a wide range of improvements. It helps the body function at its best, so even the mind can reap the rewards,” he says. “It can have a positive influence on concentration, anxiety and depression.” Glenn, a former National level pole-vaulter and teacher, has a background in keeping well and has established his business after years of experience in the direct-to-consumer business model. His search for the right way to live well has fuelled his desire to create a life for his family where he could be self-employed and flexible, yet able to build a successful future wherever he was. He heard about YREC through a chance conversation with his car detailer who recommended he look at what was available. “I immediately booked a tour and felt the sense of community here. I valued that there were several practitioners and small businesses devoted to health and wellbeing and I saw great possibility.” “People can come and see me in the office, via phone or zoom, and I also enjoy getting out into the community and talking to health-conscious and business people who want to find the best way forward – not only in their health, but also in helping to spread the word about Test Based Nutrition and how it can help people all over the world.” Glenn enjoys helping people develop a part time business by sharing the ‘balance’ concept with others. “I help others generate additional income for themselves and their families as they build a royalty-style income to the level they choose. It’s all about more choices and flexibility to do the things we truly love in our lives.”
