I then retrained (GradDipPsych, inducted to Psi Chi, Masters Applied Psychology-Community), and gained accreditation in the same methods NASA developed to train astronauts (including Space X). I am approved by the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons to provide non-technical skills training,” says Paul, who has also coached leaders at some of the most respected tech companies in the world. He has trained AFL premiership teams and umpires, along with extensive work in the community with not-for-profits and community schools. Paul grew up in Rotorua, New Zealand, where he never had to drive a car to get into the forests, or go mountain biking. “My family decided Warburton was the spot to bring up our young kids and walk our dog, Hank. The mountain bike destination is a big part of our decision, having seen the overwhelmingly positive impact the trails, and people who use them, has had on Rotorua.” “Establishing my business at YREC has been a great step into the Valley.
